Cancellations

Vibes Salon requires a 24 hour notice if canceling your appointment. I ask that you honor this policy so if you do have to cancel, I can fit in another client. If you cancel three appointments in a row, you will be asked to leave a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to re-booking.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders are e-mailed or texted 24 hours prior to your booked appointment time. Those reminders contain a link to reschedule your appointment in the event you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. You are required to have a good, working cell phone number and/or e-mail to receive those reminders. I ask that you have consistent and reliable access to those services. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please use the link in the reminder text/e-mail, or call or text (505) 585-4193.

Arrival Time and Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I will work to try to ensure I’m able to perform all of the services for which you are booked. If I am booked back-to-back, I reserve the right to reduce services to begin work on my next client.

Payment Methods

I accept major credit cards and cash. I’m sorry but I am unable to accept personal checks.

The prices posted on the Services page are subject to change based on complexity of the services requested.
